Pineapple Paradise (green juice)


My current fave green juice! A mildly sweet, tropical, refreshing green juice. This one is so good guys. You must try it! My kids and hubby love it.

If you happen to have allergies like me, try juicing some pineapple and eating it too. Pineapple is high in bromelain which may reduce allergy symptoms. When you make this juice, include the core of the pineapple. The core has the highest amount of bromelain in it. Cucumbers are wonderful for your skin! They are rich in silica, which is known to help promote joint health by strengthening the connective tissues in the joints. They are also rich in vitamin C, vitamin D, and calcium, all of which contribute to a healthy joints.

Consider making a double batch of this juice and sharing it with your family!

Makes 16-18 oz of juice (depending on size of produce). Prep 5 minutes. Juicing 5 minutes. Total time 10 minutes.


1/2 pineapple (do not discard the core, use the core as well)

1 large English Cucumber

1/3 bunch of cilantro (about 3/4 cup packed)

3 kale leaves


  1. Wash and prepare all ingredients. Remember to include the core of the pineapple.

  2. Run all ingredients through a juicer.

  3. Depending on the type of juicer you have, it may be good to strain it through a fine mesh strainer.

  4. Enjoy immediately. Depending on what kind of juicer you have, for most types of juicers, I would recommend storing the juice in the fridge for no more than 24 hours.
