Orange Creamsicle Smoothie
This smoothie is super creamy without the dairy! It is a great smoothie to curb that sweet tooth, treat the kids, or blend up for breakfast for the family. This recipe makes 2 large glasses full.
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 oranges, rind removed (quick tip, with a knife trim off both ends, then skim the rind off with a knife by slicing down the sides)
- 1 1/2 frozen bananas
- 2 pitted medjool dates
- 3 T hemp seeds
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup ice
1. Add all ingredients to blend in the order listed above. Blend!
Note: This smoothie is best consumed immediately or shortly thereafter, otherwise, it looses its thick milkshake-like consistency and melts some.
