Berry Smoothie

This smoothie is our family favorite and is approved by our 4 year old and 2 year old!  This is a recipe for one 28-32 oz serving (depending on the size of the fruit you use). 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 apple, core removed
  • 1 orange, peel removed
  • 1 huge handful greens
  • 1 banana
  • tablespoon ground flaxseeds
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries

Directions:

1. Add ingredients to blender in the order listed above.  A high speed blender like a Vitamix or Blendtec work best.

2. You may add more greens or any supplements you take to this smoothie.  Adust it and make it your own!
