Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

This smoothie is creamy, naturally sweetened, filled with fiber, healthy omega 3’s and just says fall! Makes a great breakfast or snack. Both of my boys love this smoothie!

Serves one. Double the recipe and share with a friend!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk

  • 2 soft medjool dates (pits removed, if your dates are not soft, soak them in hot water for 5 minutes)

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 2 Tablespoons flax seeds

  • pinch vanilla bean powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender.

  2. Pour and enjoy!

*If you prefer your smoothies pretty cold and icy, add a couple ice cubes to this smoothie before blending.
